Challenge
We teamed up with Flormar as the brand was undergoing a radical renewal process. Our goal was to design the new presence of the brand online, Reestablish the e-commerce experience both on web and native application platforms. Make the brand appeal to the younger Z-Gen.
Our Approach
We started by researching the field to come up with key visual elements to make the brand stand-out from the competition. We came up with guidelines for product visuals. To appeal to the younger audience we designed every detail of the experience in a way that mimics the trendy social platforms that the audience feel connected to.
We crafted the brands first e-commerce enabled mobile application. Using React Native to ensure an agility together with precision and most importantly user-friendliness. By adding features such as social feed, AI assistant and a loyalty program, we made the app more appealing to users.
To empower the brand presence, we made a few AR, Mini Game and Interactive experiences create an emotional touch and have the users talking and sharing the experience.
Results
- Increased mobile conversion by three folds
- Mobile app share hit 15% of total online within first 3 months
